What if I make an ordering mistake?
When buying a SWIFT home lift there is always a home visit included. This to ensure the right measurements and to go through the conditions of your home.
If there is a minor error or change of the order after it has been confirmed, SWIFT can generally fix this on site during the installation process. This could be the wrong number of glass panels, a different travel height and so on. For major changes or mistakes like size, design options or colour is more complicated, and can not be changed once the order has been confirmed. Such changes will be handled as spare parts at additional cost.
