SWIFT Warranty - What is Included?

When purchasing a domestic lift, understanding the warranty is essential. SWIFT offers a comprehensive domestic lift warranty to ensure peace of mind and long-term reliability.

Warranty Period

SWIFT provides a 10-year warranty for the Screw and Nut System and a 5-year product warranty for the rest of the lift. The warranty period begins from the official handover of the lift.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty protects against defects in materials and manufacturing or shipping faults.

What is Not Covered

The warranty for elevator does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear 
  • Oil changes 
  • Battery replacement if used outside the guidelines in the user manual 
  • Labour and travel costs for service and maintenance 
  • Faded paint or cosmetic damage 
  • Damage caused by abuse, accidents, alterations, or removal of parts 
  • Damage from incorrect operation, incompatible accessories, or unsuitable oils
