Is there a maintenance package?

In order to enjoy years and years of fun, comfortable and optimal usage of the home lift, it has to be properly serviced and maintained. Service and maintenance is also a prerequisite to benefit from the product warranty of 10 years for screw and nut drive system, and 5 years for the lift itself.

When buying SWIFT the first 2 years of service and maintenance are included. After the 2 years the Service- and maintenance can be extended at additional cost of around 400 Euro/year. With a service and maintenance package you can be assured that we are monitoring your lift and that you can call us at any time if there is a problem. During a service visit we review the performance of your lift, upgrade software, change wear and tear parts like oil and belts as well as clean the pit from dust.
