Is There a Maintenance Package?
In order to enjoy years of safe, comfortable, and optimal use of your home lift, it must be properly serviced and maintained. Regular lift service and lift maintenance are also necessary to qualify for the Product Warranty — 10 years for the Screw and Nut system and 5 years for the lift itself. If a component needs to be replaced under warranty, parts are supplied at no cost. See warranty conditions >>
When buying from SWIFT or any of our appointed partners in Australia, the first year of elevator service and maintenance is included for free. After this initial year, the lift service and maintenance coverage can be extended at an additional cost (see below). By choosing a Service and Maintenance Package, you can rest assured that your lift is professionally monitored and that expert assistance is just a call away in case of any issues.
Maintenance Package for your Home Lift

For the avoidance of doubt: The repair under the Comprehensive Package does not cover:
- Replacement of batteries if lift has been used outside the guidelines set out in the user manual
- Faded paint
- Damage caused by abuse, abnormal use, accident, alteration, or removal of parts
- Damage due to operation of the lift in a manner inconsistent with the recommended operation and duty-cycle
- Damage caused by the use of an accessory or part that was not manufactured, sold, or tested by SWIFT
- Damage caused by operation with own oils, or lubricants, that are not suitable for use with the lift
