How Does SWIFT Work?
SWIFT is an all-inclusive home lift with a platform and a modular shaft. The shaft can be personalised with glass panels or shaft panels depending on your interior design and floor plan. There is no need for any external shaft, additional landing doors or safety headroom above the lift. The home lift can be installed directly on the floor or set in a 50 mm pit.

Powered by the advanced Thor Engineering™ control system, SWIFT responds quickly and accurately to user commands, offering precise floor-level stopping and customizable ride behavior. The system manages everything from door operation to acceleration and braking, providing a reliable and comfortable ride every time.
Safety features such as emergency lowering, battery backup, and automatic rescue operations are built into the system, ensuring peace of mind for homeowners. All this is controlled through an intuitive touch interface or mobile app, making SWIFT not just a lift—but a smart home upgrade.
The Drive system is based on a screw and nut solution. When the nut rotates, the lift travels up or down. The screw and nut system was originally developed in Sweden and is extremely reliable, safe and space efficient. In addition to the screw and nut drive system, SWIFT has a Tesla inspired battery system. When the home lift travels downwards, the batteries are being charged. In this way every 4th ride is for free and the overall energy consumption is very low.
