What is the Maintenance Cost?

In comparison to conventional elevators SWIFT requires very little service and maintenance. For optimal performance of your home lift we recommend 2 service visits/year. During the visit we review the lift performance, upgrade software and change wear and tear items like oil and belts.

When buying from SWIFT UK, the first 1 year of service and maintenance is included for free. After the first 1 year the Service- and Maintenance can be extended at additional cost (see below). With a Service and Maintenance package you can be assured that we are monitoring your lift and that you can call us at any time if there is a problem. Maintenance Cost of Lift by SWIFT

SWIFT offers three comprehensive levels of Service and Maintenance Packages, each designed to suit different needs and budgets. These packages vary in terms of pricing and the range of services included, allowing homeowners to choose the level of support that best fits their requirements. From basic maintenance checks to advanced, all-inclusive service plans that cover regular inspections, priority assistance, and parts replacement, each package ensures your lift remains safe, efficient, and in optimal working condition throughout its lifespan.

 

Standard Package:

Enhanced Package:

  • 2 visits per year with a 33-Points Service Check
  • SWIFT Hotline with prompt assistance
  • SWIFT Remote Access
  • Free lubrication

  • Condition Report
  • Free Repair (Parts)
  • 1.050 GBP/year

Comprehensive Package:

  • 2 visits per year with a 33-Points Service Check
  • SWIFT Hotline with prompt assistance
  • SWIFT Remote Access
  • Free lubrication
  • Preventive Service
  • Condition Report
  • Free Repair (Parts & Labor)
  • 1.550  GBP/year

For the avoidance of doubt: The repair under the Comprehensive Package does not cover:

  • Replacement of batteries if lift has been used outside the guidelines set out in the user manual
  • Faded paint
  • Damage caused by abuse, abnormal use, accident, alteration, or removal of parts
  • Damage due to operation of the lift in a manner inconsistent with the recommended operation and duty-cycle
  • Damage caused by the use of an accessory or part that was not manufactured, sold, or tested by SWIFT
  • Damage caused by operation with own oils, or lubricants, that are not suitable for use with the lift
