Where to Install the Lift?

Many domestic lifts are installed in the middle of the staircase. This way, the lift beautifully follows the stairs from the ground floor to the top floor. The lift is fixed to the stairs and attached to each floor level. This is a good position. The lift can also be installed against a wall or be freestanding and fixed with special mast brackets to each floor. In some cases the lift could also be built into an existing concrete shaft or hidden into a wall. In general, a domestic lift from SWIFT can be installed anywhere in your home, as long as there is enough space and you have sufficient fixing points.
