What did you want to become when you were little?
– I loved sports, especially football, and I was always very active. But unfortunately, I couldn’t keep playing because I got injured. Football really unites people and maybe that’s why I’ve always been curious about different cultures and loved traveling. These interests make my current job a perfect fit for me. ⚽️

What do you love most about what you do at SWIFT?
– The fusion of innovative and technically advanced products, along with a forward-thinking brand strategy, that excites me the most. Collaborating with my colleagues and working closely with distributors in many countries makes my job at SWIFT even more exciting and fulfilling. 🌐

Your journey in brief (so far)?
– My development and career journey began 19 years ago in the lift industry, and I’ve had various roles. Alongside my work, I’ve also pursued studies to complement my practical experience. This journey has led me to my current position as an Export sales manager at SWIFT. Throughout the years, I’ve continuously refined my skills in sales and relationship-building, with a primary focus on expanding our presence in key regions and markets. 🛗

Travel bag or suitcase? 
– I prefer a suitcase because I always seem to bring too many give-aways and enjoy buying local delicacies when I travel. 🧳

Your best travelling tips?
– Pack smart, stay flexible, and immerse yourself in the local culture for a truly enriching experience. 🤩

Your worst travelling experience?
– Dealing with several flight delays and cancellations during the same business trip, but it taught me the importance of patience and adaptability. 🛫 🙏🏽

If you’re not travelling, how does a normal day look like?
– A normal day for me typically involves communicating with our distributors, attending meetings, analysing market trends, and planning sales initiatives. 💻

Gym or padel?
 Gym and padel. 🏋🏻‍♂️ 🎾

The best with Stockholm? 
– What I love about Stockholm is that it’s where my family lives and it feels like home. It’s a city surrounded by breathtaking nature, with its stunning archipelago of islands. From its vibrant city center to its green spaces, Stockholm is truly a beautiful city to explore and enjoy. 🇸🇪

The best with SWIFT?
– At SWIFT, what I love most is how we’re like a family. Our dedication to innovation and making sure our customers are happy is top-notch. We focus on creating the latest and greatest products while building strong relationships with our distributors. 💗

Which markets do you mainly work with?
– Markets in Europe, Asia, and Oceania, where we have a significant presence. 🌍 🌏

One thing you cannot live without when you work? 
– My smartphone. It keeps me connected and on top of things throughout the day. 📲

– For me it’s important to focus on building genuine relationships, understanding the needs of our distributors, and consistently delivering value. Additionally, staying adaptable, flexible, and continuously learning are crucial elements for my success in sales. 🤝

Your favourite place(s) in the world?  
– My favorite places in the world are the lively streets of Hanoi, the vibrant atmosphere of Seoul, and the bustling cityscape of Shanghai. These cities hold a special place in my heart for their unique characteristics and unforgettable experiences. 🇻🇳 🇰🇷 🇨🇳

The most remarkable (SWIFT) home you’ve visited so far?
It was a Hanok house in South Korea. Hanok is a traditional Korean house known for its unique architectural style characterized by wooden beams, tiled roofs, and heated floors.” Hanok houses are designed to harmonize with nature and they provide a glimpse into Korea’s rich cultural heritage and offer a serene and tranquil living environment. 🇰🇷

What would you say to someone dreaming of working with sales like you do? 
–  I’d say, “Embrace challenges, enjoy learning about different cultures, and be ready for lots of travel. If you’re comfortable spending time alone travelling and meeting new people, you’re on the right track.” 🛤

Your favorite means of movement?
– Besides SWIFT Home Lifts, I appreciate the convenience and sustainability of electric scooters for short-distance travel. They offer a fun and eco-friendly way to navigate urban environments. 🛴
