Across six floors, House of Tippi is a vibrant blend of cutting-edge technology, innovation, and light. The design balances energy and calm, with tech seamlessly integrated into every space. Open areas for gatherings flow into peaceful sanctuaries, while dynamic lighting bathes the interiors, transforming the house from a bright, sunlit space by day to a moody, magnetic retreat by night. The home is as multifaceted as Tippi herself.

As one of China’s most influential fashion and lifestyle bloggers, Tippi has built a name for herself through bold creativity and a signature visual style. With millions of followers on Chinese social media, she collaborates with both local labels and international brands such as BMW, ARMANI, and Jo Malone. When it came to designing her own home — a six-story space blending drama, artistry, and surprise — she partnered with renowned interior designer Mr. Lu Yingkun. Together, they crafted a house that defies definition — vibrant, dynamic, diverse, and multifaceted.
When Tippi realised that her home needed a lift to connect the six floors seamlessly, SWIFT was her first choice. “I knew immediately that I wanted to work with them. Their home lifts combine cutting-edge technology, innovation, and art — and that was exactly what my house needed,” she says. Together with SWIFT Studio, she created a custom ArtWall for the lift: a hypnotic design inspired by the works of Bridget Riley, reflecting the same rhythm and movement that defines her home and creative world.
