Is There a Maintenance Package?
In order to enjoy years and years of fun, comfortable and optimal usage of the home lift, it has to be properly serviced and maintained. Service and maintenance is also a prerequisite to benefit from the Product Warranty of 10 years for Screw and Nut system, and 5 years for the lift itself. For any replacement under warranty, the parts are replaced for free. See warranty conditions >>
When buying from SWIFT UK or any of our appointed partners in the UK, the first 1 year of Service and Maintenance is included for free. After the first year the Service- and Maintenance can be extended at additional cost (see below). With a Service and Maintenance package you can be assured that we are monitoring your lift and that you can call us at any time if there is a problem.
