The platform lift has a built-in machine room, a modular and all-inclusive shaft solution with no need for an external shaft, additional doors on the landings or complicated building works as of elevators for commercial buildings. Unlike traditional elevators, SWIFT can be installed right on the floor or set into a 50 mm pit. The total footprint can be less than a wardrobe.
SWIFT Home Lifts Run on Standard Power
The Home lift from SWIFT is based on a screw and nut drive, which means no need for oil as for haudralic lift solutions. All SWIFT use standard 230 V 1-phase avoiding the additional cost to prepare 3-phase.
EcoDrive – Minimal Energy Consumption
SWIFT Home lifts is equipped with the very latest screw and nut technology (patent pending) from Sweden. The system is extremely reliable, safe, and with minimal need for service.
SWIFT has a unique EcoDrive solution based on a 48 V / 3kW battery driven IPM-SynRM motor inspired by Tesla technology. The drive system features dynamic charge, whereby batteries are charged as lifts move downwards. In this way every 4th trip is for free and with normal use the home lift consumes less power than a microwave oven. Adding our option of solar panels, makes the lift almost totally independent of the electricity grid.
