Maar op de een of andere manier werd ik CPO van SWIFT huisliften&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hoe gebeurde dat, kun je ons iets vertellen over die reis?<\/strong><br \/>Nou, het begon allemaal met mijn Master of Science-graad in werktuigbouwkunde aan de KTH. Van daaruit werkte ik aan het consolideren van productiefabrieken en verhuisde vervolgens naar G\u00f6teborg waar ik als consultant werkte en kwam vervolgens terecht in de inkoopwereld bij Volvo. Maar het was een meevaller die mij bij Aritco bracht toen Tommy (voormalig CEO bij Aritco, tegenwoordig CEO van SWIFT) mij de baan als inkoopmanager aanbood en kijk, hier ben ik CPO bij SWIFT, waar ik mij meteen thuis voel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat vind je het leukst aan wat je doet bij SWIFT?<\/strong><br \/>Het is eenvoudig: deel uitmaken van dit fantastische en leuke team. Wij weten hoe we hard moeten werken en hebben er plezier in.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Westkust of oostkust?<\/strong><br \/>Ik zou zeggen de oostkust, want daar ben ik opgegroeid. Maar na vijf jaar in G\u00f6teborg te hebben gewoond, heeft de westkust ook een speciaal plekje in mijn hart. Het is een moeilijke keuze, ze hebben allebei hun positieve kanten!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Op het land of in het water?<\/strong><br \/>Ondanks mijn zeilachtergrond houd ik het liefst mijn voeten op vaste grond.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zeil- of motorboot?<\/strong><br \/>Nou, dat is een lastige. Welke de meeste ruimte heeft, dat is mijn keuze!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat vind jij het belangrijkste in je werk bij SWIFT?<\/strong><br \/>Welke de meeste ruimte heeft, dat is mijn keuze! Wij zijn hier om een verschil te maken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thee of Koffie<\/strong><br \/>Zeker koffie. Het is de brandstof die mij op de been houdt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jouw 3 dagelijkse routines?<\/strong><br \/>Mijn kinderen oprollen, hard werken en wat beweging erin doen als ik geluk heb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gymnasium of hardlopen?<\/strong><br \/>Ik ga mee met de sportschool. Je moet die spieren sterk houden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voetbal spelen of kijken?<\/strong><br \/>De hele weg kijken. Laat het spelen over aan de profs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beste investering tot nu toe?<\/strong><br \/>Zonder twijfel SWIFT Huisliften&#8230; hehe!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Onderhandelt u als toerist (en CPO) over goede deals op markten?<\/strong><br \/>Zeker weten! Ik probeer altijd dingen beter te maken, of in ieder geval een kans te geven.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dus, je beste advies voor het onderhandelen over een goede deal?<\/strong><br \/>Verplaats uzelf in de schoenen van de andere partij en gebruik eventuele externe factoren in uw voordeel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat is het meest unieke of ongebruikelijke item dat je ooit voor een project hebt moeten aanschaffen?<\/strong><br \/>Hmm&#8230; Wat dacht je van een draaiknop voor AHL? Of het complete logistieke aanbod voor installaties in de rondwegtunnels van Stockholm. Die waren behoorlijk uniek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Als je \u00e9\u00e9n advies zou mogen geven aan iemand die zijn carri\u00e8re als inkoopmanager begint, wat zou dat dan zijn?<\/strong><br \/>Zorg eerst dat de basisgegevens goed zijn, focus op de agenda en situatie van de ander en maak een langetermijnplan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jouw levensmotto?<\/strong><br \/>Geef nooit op en blijf altijd trouw aan jezelf.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat is je meest waardevolle ding in je leven?<\/strong><br \/>Mijn kinderen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jouw ultieme lifehack?<\/strong><br \/>Wees een geweldige vader. #dadoftheyear<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat betekent thuis voor jou?<\/strong><br \/>Een plek waar ik echt tot rust kan komen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wat vind jij het leukste aan de SWIFT huislift?<\/strong><br \/>Het geluid van de stilte. SWIFT is de stilste huislift op de markt, en ons ultramoderne elektronische systeem onderscheidt ons echt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Moment op het werk waarop je het meest trots op jezelf bent?<\/strong><br \/>Wanneer ons team onderhandelt over een prijs- en kwaliteitsverhouding die nergens anders moeilijk te evenaren is.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Guilty pleasures?<\/strong><br \/>Een beetje te veel computerspelletjes spelen en zich overgeven aan podcasts over politiek en maatschappij.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Toekomstige dromen?<\/strong><br \/>O, ik heb genoeg! Eerst en vooral wil ik SWIFT Home Lifts zien bloeien en onvoorstelbaar succesvol worden.
